😎 I’m Rebekah — a lesbian creator, dance fitness instructor, and founder of RITMO, a beat-based bodywork method inspired by Latin rhythms, community, and self-expression (and a lot of perreo). I’m proudly married to my wife, who’s from Mexico, and through her I’ve fallen in love with the language, culture, and the way music and movement connect us. Together, we’re passionate animal lovers and frequent rescuers — our home is filled with three dogs and three rats who remind us daily what unconditional love and joy look like. My mission is to celebrate diversity, authenticity, and joy through every beat — because movement is universal, and dance belongs to all of us.

My videos often feature our rescue animals (three dogs and three rats!) and the joy they bring to our life.
